Colin Wunder is a 30 year veteran contractor.  We have known him for that entire time, and were overjoyed when he decided to join our team.  He will fill the newly created position of Vice President of Technical Services.  Colin holds licenses as a Master Plumber and Master Electrician.  He is highly respected in the contracting community as a geothermal, radiant floor, air handling and commercial refrigeration expert.  In keeping with our tradition of staffing people with years of contracting experience, Colin is a perfect fit for Energy Dynamics.  Colin has also become a partner in the business.

Lyle Darnell is a co-founder of Energy Dynamics and brings over 40 years of professional business experience to the table. He was specifying HVAC equipment way back in 1967. He spent many years as a mechanical contractor, doing primarily heat pump sales and installations. He was a true "pioneer" in the early days of geothermal. In January of 2009, Lyle removed himself from the day to day operations of the business, leaving those duties to Brandon and his staff. He remains active, however, as a trainer, public speaker, advisor, newsletter editor, and traveling the area, working with dealers.

Larry Barrick is a co-founder of Energy Dynamics and joined Lyle back in 1991 as a sales representative. Larry served many years as Secretary/Treasurer of Energy Dynamics, and was instrumental in building the original dealer base. He has now retired, but remains active on a part-time basis. Larry transports our equipment from the factory and sees to it that the shipping is done in a timely manner.

Lisa Hattervig is the one who really "runs" this place. She is our Office Manager and Secretary/Treasurer. In all of our years in business, we have never met anyone quite like her. She is computer savvy and able to produce equipment quotes "faster than a speeding bullet". She is also our primary liaison with most of our suppliers and vendors, so she can get you answers when you need them. We firmly believe that business is all about a good attitude and a caring spirit. Lisa has an abundance of both. Once you experience this, you will readily understand what we mean. By the way, this bright young lady also holds a business degree.

Dave Austerman is in charge of
customer care.  He will be your
first contact.  We were indeed
fortunate that Dave decided to
accept this position.  He was born
and raised right here in Carthage,
and now makes his home here.
Dave holds a degree in HVACR
and has a couple of years' experience
as a field service technician.  He has
installed and worked on our equipment.
He will be handling warranty claims,
purchasing, inventory control, quotes
and accounts receivable.
